The Riv Meals Team and Angel Food Ministries Are Here to Help

Assistance With Meals

If you have experienced a death in the family, the birth of a child, or just need a little help providing meals for your family, you may request short-term meal assistance. Our goal when serving someone in this capacity is to provide them with three to four meals a week for a two-week period. Meals are delivered, or sometimes dropped off in the kitchen at Riverview.

Assistance With Groceries

If you are experiencing financial difficulty, you may request short-term assistance with groceries. For a one-month period, our team will provide you with two small gift certificates to a local grocery store, two bags of groceries (enough for a few meals for a family of four) and information on local food service programs, which can assist you on a long-term basis.

Angel Food Ministries

Riverview partners with the Mason First Church of the Nazarene and Angel Food Ministries to help supply quality food at a discounted price to local families. Orders are processed through Angel Food Ministries' web site. Anyone can order Angel Food; there are no qualifications, minimums, income restrictions, or applications.

The Mason First Church of Nazarene will be the pick-up site for your order. You'll receive a reminder email with your pick-up date and time the week before your scheduled pick-up.
