One Church, Two Locations

Riverview is one church with two locations. Our Holt Venue is located located in Holt, Michigan, just west of Interstate 127, at 3585 Willoughby Road. Our MSU Venue meets in East Lansing on the campus of Michigan State University (in the Erickson KIVA to be exact).

You're may be wondering, "What's the difference between the Holt Venue and the MSU Venue?" They are two different locations, one of which offers kids' ministry, and one of which doesn't. In fact, the Holt Venue has kids' church available during every weekend service. At the MSU Venue, teachings are on video half the time and live the other half, childcare is not provided, and you'll probably see a lot more college students.

Wondering what we're like as a church overall? We are doctrinally conservative, but culturally fluid. Our music is loud and varied, ranging in style from blue grass to rock and almost anything in between. We serve gourmet coffee during our services and you can refill as many times as you like. Besides the five pastors (instead of a senior pastor), we have a few guest teachers, so the messages are varied depending on who you happen to see on stage. Some people think we are a really casual church (you'll see lots of people in jeans and T-shirts), and they're probably right. Don't worry though, if you prefer dressing up, we've got plenty of people who do that too.
