The Cadillac Room Venue Coordinator
Part time position, 25 hours weekly
The Cadillac Room Venue Coordinator is responsible for overseeing contract staff by onboarding, training, and conducting regular meetings. The position includes managing scheduling, interacting with interested parties, giving tours, and organizing events. The role also encompasses communicating policies, coordinating with vendors, handling contracts and payments, ensuring venue cleanliness, updating social media, and performing various administrative tasks.
