Central Support Custodian
Part-time position
The Central Support Custodian helps maintain clean, orderly, and ready-to-use facilities across Riverview venues through routine custodial work, event support, and facility reset tasks. This role rotates between venues on a regular weekly schedule to assist Venue Custodians, provide coverage during absences, and help ensure consistent facility readiness throughout the week. The position also supports event and service preparation and communicates facility needs to the Facilities Director.

Skills Needed:
- Cleaning and Sanitization Skills: proficiency in performing routine custodial cleaning using appropriate tools, products, and safety practices.
- Time Management: ability to prioritize cleaning tasks and complete work efficiently while maintaining facility readiness for services and events.
- Problem-Solving: ability to recognize custodial or maintenance concerns and communicate them appropriately.
- Basic Maintenance Skills: ability to perform simple facility tasks such as replacing light bulbs or addressing minor issues while communicating larger maintenance needs.
- Independent Work Ability: comfortable working independently and as a team to maintain facility cleanliness and address custodial needs throughout the week.
