Chloe Cox is the friendly face behind Riv’s front desk as well as the Executive Assistant to the Lead Pastor. Whether she’s maintaining his schedule, coordinating travel, managing his social media platforms, and overseeing his financial reimbursements, Chloe helps make sure everything runs smoothly for our Lead Pastor.

Chloe first connected to Riv through a friend when she was 16 and attending Element. She grew up learning about Jesus in Sunday School and has clung to the promises of Matthew 6:28–32 through life’s ups and downs, especially the reminder of God’s steady and faithful presence.

Born and raised in Holt, Chloe is the oldest of three sisters, a proud mom to her son Cade, and someone who’s happiest outdoors—especially near the water at Lake Lansing. When she’s not working in her yard or spending time with her son, she might be reading People We Meet on Vacation, catching an episode of Long Bright River, or listening to Crime Junkie. She also ran her own residential cleaning business from 2021–2024, and every September, you can find her rewatching Gilmore Girls.
