As Facilities Director, Corey Noyes leads the team that keeps Riv’s buildings and grounds running smoothly and ready for ministry. Whether it’s routine maintenance or a major project, Corey approaches his role as part strategist, part coach, and part problem-solver—always working to steward what’s been entrusted to Riv with intention and care.
Corey first got connected to Riv around 2007 when a friend invited him to a Saturday night service at the Holt Venue. Though he first learned about Jesus as a child in Sunday School and Christian school, it was during his college years that he began to know Jesus more personally and accepted Him again as Savior. He continues to walk that journey of faith with the Riv community, growing and stumbling forward together in love.
In his free time, you’ll find Corey outdoors—camping, fishing, hiking, skiing, hunting, or relaxing at the beach. He also has a deep appreciation for analog film, collecting and restoring 16mm projectors and motion picture reels. Sharing those glowing frames with his kids is one of his greatest joys. A musician at heart, his favorite spot in Lansing is Elderly Instruments, where he can easily lose track of time surrounded by guitars and musical treasures.
