RivKids Curriculum Writer

Jackie Reilly serves as the RivKids Curriculum Writer, creating the weekly lessons taught to kids at all three Riverview venues during weekend services. With a deep love for words and storytelling, she brings both creativity and clarity to helping kids understand the Gospel in meaningful ways.

Jackie grew up in the church, laying a strong foundation of faith early in life, but it was during college that her personal relationship with God began to deepen. A verse that continues to shape her walk is 2 Corinthians 12:9–10, a reminder of God’s power in our weakness and the daily surrender that anchors her trust in His strength.

Originally from Michigan, Jackie spent several years in Tennessee where she earned a degree in English and played college soccer. She’s now pursuing a Master’s in Creative Writing and continues to pour her passion for words into every part of her life—whether she’s writing curriculum, reading a favorite book, or sipping iced coffee in her favorite Lansing spot, Hooked Bookstore. Jackie got connected to Riv through a community group about a year ago and quickly found her place among people who feel like home.
