Jon Kenney serves as Executive Director, helping align people, systems, and vision so the church stays healthy and focused on its mission. He works closely with the Lead Pastor and staff to ensure ministries are clear, unified, and executed well across all venues. Jon is especially passionate about cultivating a healthy, Gospel-centered staff culture by strengthening communication, improving processes, and equipping staff and volunteers to lead with confidence.

Jon came to know Jesus at a young age after hearing the gospel and surrendering his life to Christ, shaped in large part by parents who modeled a faithful walk with Jesus, a deep love for Scripture, and service in the local church. Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, cheering for Boston sports and the University of Alabama, attending concerts, crate-digging at local record stores, collecting music in all formats, and restoring vintage audio equipment.

His favorite places in Lansing are the local record shops. A passage that continues to ground him is Psalm 16:7–9, which reflects a steady trust in God’s guidance, peace, and sustaining presence through every season of life.
