Lily Carrillo has been part of the Riv family since birth—literally. Nineteen years ago, she first stepped into Riv as a baby, and today she serves as the RivKids Media Assistant. Her role is a vibrant mix of creative and logistical tasks, from designing set pieces for large group gatherings to managing social media and helping plan high-energy events like VBS, Christmas celebrations, and new family-focused experiences.

Lily first learned about Jesus through her parents and as a kid attending RivKids herself. One verse that has been especially meaningful in her faith journey is Psalm 27:13, which continues to show up in her life in significant ways.

Outside of Riv, Lily brings that same energy to teaching dance, working out, cooking, and spending time with friends. Just don’t ask her to binge a TV show—unless it’s Dancing with the Stars. She’s extremely competitive (in the best way) and has a not-so-secret love for disco balls. Her favorite spot in Lansing? Home. Which, if you know Lily, makes perfect sense.
