Rob Fraticelli

Music Producer

Rob Fraticelli serves as Riv’s Music Producer, where he leads the charge in crafting original music for Sunday morning services and producing songs designed to inspire and serve the global church. As the overseer of Riv’s recording studio, Rob brings both technical precision and creative energy to every project, believing that worship should be joyful, passionate, and skillfully made.

Rob grew up in the church and has known about Jesus for as long as he can remember. As he got older, his faith became something deeply personal—no longer just what he was taught, but something he chose for himself.

Outside the studio, Rob is almost always in motion. Whether he’s out in the woods hunting, hiking, or fishing, or in his workshop building guitar pedals and restoring vintage microphones, he’s always pursuing something hands-on. He also trains in Muay Thai at Capitol City Kickboxing—his favorite spot in Lansing—which helps him stay grounded and focused (and gives him a good excuse to kick things).

One of Rob’s favorite verses is Psalm 33:3: “Sing to Him a new song; play skillfully, and shout for joy.” It’s a reminder that worship isn’t just about passion—it’s also about excellence. For Rob, that means continually refining his craft and offering his best in every note and mix.

Also, for the record: no, the mullet isn’t permed. Those are natural curls.
