Life Under the Son

What is the meaning of life? That question gets asked by nearly everyone on this earth and their answers are far and wide. However, that does not necessarily mean those answers are correct. Is it happiness? Money? Attaining all of the luxuries of this earth? When we crack open the Bible and turn to the book of Ecclesiastes, the Preacher talks about how “everything under the sun” is vanity. It is all meaningless. In light of this, the Good News for Christ followers is that this statement gets flipped on its head when Jesus comes into the picture. Our lives become meaningful when Jesus Christ is at the center of it and we place our lives “under the Son”, instead of merely “under the sun.”
