Reason To Give

Everyone’s ability to give varies on multiple reasons. Whether you have much or you have little, generosity is not necessarily measured by the quantity of the gift and not necessarily the quality of the gift either. But rather, generosity is measured by the quality of your heart. You see, the Scriptures will always point us to Jesus Christ and His heart of generosity is what we should strive for. He lived a sacrificial life, even to the point of death on the cross for those who would believe in Him. This means that followers of Jesus Christ should be one of the most sacrificial and generous people on the planet and in doing so, we point people directly to Jesus.
