Facilities Director

The Facilities Director oversees the operations and upkeep of three church venues, ensuring all spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role manages housekeeping and maintenance teams to provide consistent support for daily use and worship services. The director coordinates facility scheduling for events across campuses, working closely with ministry leaders and staff. They also lead the planning and execution of major facilities projects, including renovations and capital improvements. This position requires strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills to support the church’s mission through excellent facility stewardship.
