Advent

With each Christmas season, we’re given the chance to remember how we have any hope, when life often leaves us feeling hopeless. We can have faith in spite of doubt, joy despite pain, and peace when all around us there is turmoil.

This is what the arrival of Jesus brought to the world.

This December we will be celebrating the Advent of Jesus and remembering how He was the greatest gift to change the course of history and alter the patterns of our daily lives.

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
