In his second letter (that we have) to the Corinthians, the apostle Paul paints a vivid picture of what it means to live a cruciformed life – a life shaped by the cross of Jesus Christ. This transformative way of living is not about self-denial or self-flagellation but rather about embracing the paradoxical power of the cross, where weakness becomes strength, humility becomes greatness, and suffering becomes joy.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, and see, the new has come!
