As the Director of Operations at Riv, Josh oversees the vital systems, infrastructure, and financial support for the church’s daily mission. By combining a knack for tech with strategic project management, he ensures that everything from weekend production to long-term facility logistics runs smoothly and securely. Josh is dedicated to building the behind-the-scenes systems that empower our staff and volunteers to create an environment where ministry can thrive.

Raised in a loving Christian home, Josh first gave his life to Jesus at age five, after realizing that eternity without Jesus wasn’t just frightening—it was unthinkable. Since then, his faith has continued to grow, grounded in a deep trust in God and a favorite reminder from Proverbs 3: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart…”

Known for his signature trio—sunglasses, coffee mug, and comfy kicks—Josh lives by the motto, “It’s a marathon, not a sprint. Unless it is a sprint, then sprint!” And when it comes to coffee, don’t mess with the ratio: drip brew, 1:16, at 200 degrees.
