Abide in Jesus, Love Others

The Christian is known for their faith in God and Jesus Christ. But does our faith and markings of that faith stop there? The clear answer written out in Scripture is a big, “no.” One of the central themes which run throughout the entire book of John is the idea of love. Not just any ordinary love, but loving others like Jesus Christ. No matter the circumstances, we are called to love, just as Christ did. By His example of dying on the cross and bearing the suffering we deserved, He still loved and He tells us we can do the same when we abide in Him and His Words.
