Serving As A Response To Suffering

There are many instances where the Bible describes scenarios or teaches principles that are counter-cultural. One of these instances is the idea to have a servant-like mind and heart in the midst of suffering and even towards those who may be causing you to suffer. The reason being? Jesus Christ and His Gospel. When we, as followers of Christ, can portray this type of attitude and action while going through suffering, we reflect and represent Jesus well.
